full story:
the day was 2nd December, Yearly exam was running on day shift room no: 128 .The exam subject was social studies.Approximately the time was 3:20 to 3:25 2 hall Inspector found a mobile phone with her.Though there was a pic of the subject syllabus on her phone but hall inspectors said her to leave without cheeking if there's something similar on her phone with her answer sheet .And told her to bring her parents and meet Branch chief and Principle on 3rd December (next day) .Hall inspectors didn't insult or shouted on her said by hall students.The next day 10.00 a.m. Aritri Adhikari's father dilip Adhikari and her mother went to school to meet branch chief zinath akhter .After few momment aritri and her parents were allowed to meet with the branch chief . Zinath akhter(branch chief) said that aritri wont be able to participate on her exam anymore and start insulting aritri's prents in front of her and also said that they decided to give TC .After meeting with branch chief aritri's parents accepted her daughter mistake and requested to the principle to forgive aritri and let her complete her exam.Principle said that its there rule and policy they cant change it for her and said to collect the mobile and the TC next day.After watching the helpless situation of her parents and insult she silently left from the room.But her parents were kept requesting to the principle.aritri's mother left home but her father request to Review Committee Chairman to reconsider this matter again.But He found no help.then he start going here and there to solve this matter .
Approximately 1 to 1:30 pm he receive a phone call from home .his wife said that aritri locked herself in her room.he immediately went home and tried to break the door .after breaking the ventilator he saw that aritri was hung with the fan. Rescuing her ,her parents took her to the hospital .she transferred to dhaka medical hospital and declared death.
investigation report said that it was not checked that the mobile data and the answer sheet were same and also said that it wasn't same .And there is no law to give TC for that particular situation .and ther is no rule to give TC for that.According to the rule of 1961,u can't punish immediately for that.For the threat of giving tc and insulting aritri's parents aritri decided to suicide.
investigation reporter said they(shift in-charge and principle) not agree to meet and behave rudely most of the time with parents and often give threat of giving tc to their children .investigation report requested to take action against those three teachers immediately .and said to stop their salary and m.p.o.and also said comity din't take it seriously or they tried to defend those teachers for that a new comity might be made.
